  • Do we have enough customers?

  • Are we continuously bringing in new customers?

  • Do I know how much each of our marketing outlets cost and how much revenue they bring in?

  • Do we provide strong incentives for our customers to go out and tell others about us?

  • Do our customers come back time and time again?

  • Are our customers becoming donors and are our donors becoming customers?

  • Do we provide our customers incentives to buy tickets as soon as they see our advertisements?
